Here’s an overview of our available waiver services:

  • COMMCARE WaiverDesigned for individuals coping with the aftermath of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), this service offers comprehensive care to promote independent and safe living despite the challenges posed by the injury. It includes supportive measures, training, and guidance for self-care, enabling individuals to continue living in their chosen environment.
  • Aging WaiverGeared towards individuals aged 60 and above, this waiver service allows them to age comfortably, usually within their own homes.
  • Independence WaiverThis program caters to adults with severe physical disabilities affecting mobility, delivering supportive care aimed at preventing or delaying institutionalization. It fosters privacy, independence, and personal decision-making regarding living arrangements and livelihood.
  • OBRA WaiverThis waiver is meant for individuals with developmental disabilities requiring occasional assistance. The service presents a variety of living arrangements options where individuals can maximize their self-care skills.
  • Act 150 WaiverSimilar to the Attendant Care Waiver, this service empowers individuals with disabilities to select their preferred care provider. The individual is responsible for managing their own financial and legal matters, with funding provided through ACT 150.
