At CLOSE KNIT CARE, we offer a comprehensive range of waiver services tailored to those who qualify, as determined through a detailed needs assessment. These programs are designed to uphold the quality of life of each individual within their community setting. The core of these services lies in empowering seniors and individuals with disabilities to actively collaborate with their caregivers in nurturing their well-being and preserving their independence. Through our waiver programs, even family members can receive compensation for providing care to their loved ones, promoting family participation and enhancing autonomy.
Recognizing the importance of familiar surroundings for long-term care, CLOSE KNIT CARE strives to maintain our clients’ preferred lifestyles while they recover or manage their health conditions. We ensure the provision of expert caregivers to help families and individuals focus on health and care requirements.
